Alli diet pills?

I am considering taking these pills and was wondering if anyone has or is taking them and could tell me what to expect. Also if there is any kind of diet pill that is not one that will increase your heart rate that works well. I have considered going to the doctor and getting on addipex but i have a small heart condition which prevents me from taking pills of that nature.

Alli should be safe for you, it is not systemically absorbed.

So far I have lost 8 lbs in 5 weeks, I would consider it worth it. You have to commit to the diet as well as remember to take the pills or it won%26#039;t work. I would recommend using a pantyliner the first week to deal with the treatment effects.

Also, check out the Alli website, I have found the nutrition tracker very helpful.

Be VERY CAREFUL! Everyone I%26#039;ve talked to who has taken it has had anal leakage, it%26#039;s a gross slimy liquid and you WILL have to carry around an extra pair of pants with you everywhere.
