Does potassium supplements for daily use absorb everyday or stay in your system?

I have low potassium levels, also high blood pressure, and irregular heart rate, i am on supplements of potassium and a beta blocker now also and i am only 30, i am scared i am going to %26quot;OD%26quot; on potassium now,and make my heart go crazy for real now with skips.

You should ask your doctor about why he thinks you have low potassium. Usually it is caused by problems in the kidney, the bowels or other medications.
