my first time trying it and my heart rate increased tremendously. i thought i was going to have a heart attack and die. i was deathly afraid and i began to cry. my friends told me to calm myself and finally after about 5 minutes it went away. i wonder if this has happened to anyone else? is it normal?

i was so afraid that i was going to die that i stayed away from it ever since.

it happened to me because i was soooo scared and knew i was doing something illegal!!

I was shaking uncontrollably.. finally I calmed down and was fine...

this happens to a lot of people the first time they try it.. that will go away, and will be a much better experience if you do it again.. and it wont kill you! i promise!

but then again.. its good that it scared you away.. bc you dont want to get caught and get introuble either

Sometimes when you smoke the chronic stuff it will do that to you. I would suggest your first time taking one hit...but I don%26#039;t suggest doing it! lol When I smoked for the first few times my head would spin and my stomach got upset like I was going to puke! Take iot slow... marijuana is an enjoyable thing that is relativly safe. NO ONE HAS EVER DIED DUE TO DIRECT USE OF MARIJUANA... dont let anyone tell you otherwise. yes this has happened to me. It involved a cold night and a crazy fat blunt, me and my bf were sharing it when my heart started racing like crazy and i was getting super paranoid like OMG is my heart going to explode it%26#039;s going so fast!!! %26amp; then I got super dizzy and then I threw up. the first and only time i%26#039;ve ever %26quot;Od%26#039;d%26quot; on marijuana.

But no you won%26#039;t die at all keep on puffin the happy grass :D

p.P.s. the Salvia stuff is CRAZY NUTS. i%26#039;ve tried that and it makes you halucinate like crazy i will never touch that stuff again, i swear i saw big bird from sesame street walk into my kitchen. I was not mentally there for like 10 minutes then you get super super hot. I don%26#039;t understand how something like that is legal and marijuana isnt.....?
