Is this enough?

I started working out this week and this is the daily work out routine i do...



-Leg stretch for about 3-5 mins.



-running on the tredmill for about 10-15 mins (to raise my heat rate)



-60 sideways sit ups (to keep my heart rate going) and 60 more reagular sit ups



-then 80 jump n jacks.



-then i would stretch my legs again then arms for 5 mins



-and then 20 push ups



-after that i would garggle water and spit it out



tell me if i should add more exercises (i dont lift weights cause i dont want to look so buff and its already big). try to also re-arrange my workout if it would help.

I don%26#039;t think girls should be worried about getting buff from lifting weights it%26#039;s genetics girls muscles will not grow into big buff ones unless they take testosterone supplements. i think your routine if perfect but i would advise some more push ups to keep your arms in shape with your legs. the push ups will also tie in your shoulders and arms for a more tone look. and also maybe not as many sit-ups and varieties of sit-ups but more speed and controlled motion. really focus on the part of the body your working out. you don%26#039;t need 120 sit-ups to get a nice body but that is quite alot =]



Is this enough?

How long does that take you? 10-15 on the treadmill sounds like almost nothing. It would be more beneficial if you did 30-45 on the tread instead of 80 jumping jacks.



Why do you spit your water out? Very strange, you have to replenish yourself and spitting the water out strikes me as odd.



Is this enough?

Whats the garggle for? Apart from that looks like a pretty full on workout.
