OK. 36? That is too low. I am not sure you are taking your pulse correctly. 156 is not too high when brought on by exercise.

The correct way to take you pulse is to feel just below your thumb on the inside of your wrist and not with your other thumb because it has a pulse, press lightly. Count for 15 seconds and multiply by four. Or simply count for 60 seconds.

well....a trip to the doctor is wise...they will do EKG and ultrasound and maybe blood test, thyroid,to see if there is something wrong...maybe electrical problem..good luck....

what kind of exercise are you doing? If you are not in good shape and are doing any sort of aerobic exercise its not unusual. HOWEVER....you should not mess with your health. If you are concerned talk to your doc.

Honey, this is not what I would call a normal reaction to exercise, especially if it occurs after you have cooled down following exercise. Go talk to your parents and go see your family physician. I think you will probably need a referal to a cardiologist who can give you an EKG and some tests to evaluate how your heart responds to exercise. This is something you need to do soon. I would not advise you to do strenuous exercise until this has been evaluated by a professional.good luck.

HELP!!!! should i see a doctor ????

look,if you take ur pulse correctly;you should know that normal heart rate is between 60-100 at rest but if you be an athlete in good condition 36 may be normal.the maximal heart rate is 220-age;in case of you 206,you can reach it in very severe activity;because cardiac out put is a product of heart rate multipy stroke volume when you have a 36 or 57 resting heart rate,it means that your stroke volume should be high so when your heart rate reaches 200;you should be in very hard activity;so generally it seems a bit abnormal;so it%26#039;s better to visit your doctor;perhaps it%26#039;s some kind of autonomic nervous system dysfunction;manifestations such as exteremity color change in cold weather;fainting while getting excited can be in favor of it;I hope there would be nothing important.
